I just wanted to thank you so much for the best nights sleep I have had in years! I am so glad I purchased your bed, it arrived so quickly, which never happens out here in the country, and the comfort is so grand I actually find it hard to get out of bed in the morning, for all the RIGHT reasons.

I have been sleeping in a water bed due to my husbands back issues for over 30 years. When my back and hips and ribs started to ache due to secondary cancer in my bones, my GP recommended I look at upgrading our bed. I am so lucky I found Sophie. Not only is the mattress the best thing I have ever slept on, going to sleep and waking up with a massage is something else. If I had've known beds like this existed I would have upgraded years ago. It's also been so helpful for me with my husbands snoring. :)

Being able to sleep with my head elevated is a godsend. I used to wake up all night from GERD, now I am having the best sleep of my life. Thanks so much to James and the two delivery men, everyone was so lovely and helpful.

Since I started sleeping on the Sophie adjustable bed I have woken up each morning absolutely pain free. I use to reach for the Nurofen every morning and take a very hot shower just to get my seriously sore lower back moving. Now I don't take any pills and even get to wake up with a great massage. This is living!

My husband and I purchased a Split Queen Adjustable System for our elderly Grandparents (80s) with Grandma recovering from a broken hip and surgery, they had their first night in it last night and said they have not slept so well in years. So good In fact they have spent all day in bed today. Grandma states its like sleeping in a cloud and never had one ache through the night and slept right through (has not done that in years) the bed also made her hip pain and back pain so much more manageable with the adjustability assisting her to get up to the bathroom in the morning (normally causes a lot of pain and anxieties with being scared of falling again ) she feels 100 percent more secure getting out of bed. Sleep Sophie Customer Service is next level , highly recommend, they genuinely care, and price is amazing. Cant thank them enough our Grandparents mean the world to us and I am pleased that we have been able to get them something that is helping with Sleep, Pain and Confidence and is 100 percent going to lessen the chance of future breaks getting out of bed. Highly recommend Sleep Sophie 10/10 first time in 6 months that I’ve been able to get into a bed ? I woke up like a new person and I was able to do my exercises recommend by my physio over the last 12 months....I couldn’t do the exercises without feeling pain so I avoided doing them?I went to bed at 10:30pm and got up at 9:00am first time in a long time ?thank you James for making this possible. After 2 spinal surgeries and other health issues, sleeping in a convential bed was becoming very uncomfortable and painful, relief and a reasonable nights sleep was in a recliner chair. A change had to take place...
I did extensive research on the various adjustable beds on the market and as a procrastinator, it wasn't an easy decision, but now I consider it one of the best decisions I have every made. Purchasing online is risky, but I;m glad I took the risk...it is certainly paying off and being able to pay off the bed interest free is a godsend and makes the purchase so much easier.
Talking to James, he gave me his time and patience, didn't rush or push me for a decision, took his time to answer all my questions. Decision made, I was lucky enough to receive my bed in 2 days as they coincidently were in my area with a spare onboard.
Nathan and his offsider were awesome. They moved my old bed to another room for me, vacuumed the floor, my only complaint, they didn't dress the bed for me. lol
Nathan explained all the buttons and do's and don'ts and patiently answered all my questions. One exceptional employee.
First night...normally I sleep with heat packs, but went without...BEST NIGHT SLEEP I'VE HAD IN I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG...good decision. I then used to heat the heat packs again in the morning, but haven't had to since 11/01/2020. Zero Gravity is awesome and relieves so much pressure from the spine and legs.
To say this bed has changed my life...YES...I sleep more solidly, wake with less and less pain everyday and actually now want to go to bed, not dread that I won't sleep and that I'll wake in pain cause that no longer happens. The massage function is brilliant and on a bad day an absolute godsend. I was sceptical about the mattress, having always slept on a very firm mattress, but OMG it is brilliant and so comfortable.
Recently I was ill for a week, and normally I was unable to stay in bed for a couple of days to recover, but with my Sleep Sophie, I could stay in bed without suffering more pain than necessary.
When asked where I got my bed from, I cannot praise my Sleep Sophie enough and give the contact details to all who ask.

Great investment for the both of us as well as for our limbs our backs our hips our feet especially mine. I am a late TV watcher in bed so it is great to set myself up comfortably and raise my legs, without disturbing hubby, Hubby brings my coffee in each morning so with a flick of the button I’m sitting up to have my coffee. Sleep Sophie is super comfortable, I look forward to going to bed every day. Completely forgetting about my new bed I only said today that I have been sleeping so well lately I haven’t even been watching much TV

We purchased the Californian King and we love it. Has helped with the swelling in my legs now gone, has defiantly helped with my joint pain and now having good nights sleep. The price was amazing and the staff super helpful from the initial contact to delivery. Great functions and easy to operate. Can you tell we love our bed. Thank you Sleep Sophie
